Buns Ingredients
- 500g SR flour
- 400ml milk
- pinch of salt
- Leftover roast or chicken
- Left over gravy
- Spring Onions
- Parsley
- Mushrooms
- Paper cupcake trays
Directions
- Place milk and SR flour in food processor and turn on until combined
- Remove from food processor and roll into ball add more flower if required, set aside
- Shred leftover roast in bowl
- Finely slice up spring onion and parsley and add to bowl
- Slice up mushrooms and fry off in olive oil in a pan and also add to bowl
- Mix all ingredients together and put aside
- Grab bun Doug ball and cut into 8
- Using a rolling pin roll each piece out so it fits into you hand
- With tea spoon, put filling ontop of dough and add tea spoon of gravy in the middle, cup your hand and crimp ends to forms a ball.
- Place each ball into cupcake paper tray and put into bamboo steamer until you fill up.
- Steam for about 15 min
- reheat up reaming gravy and use as dipping sauce
