- Red Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Wash peppers in water and transfer to dish.
- Put peppers in dish into oven on high.
- Turn peppers around as they char.
- Remove peppers form oven and put into plastic bag and seal for 10 min.
- Open plastic bag and remove charred skin form peppers and put into bowl
- Cut up peppers into small pieces.
- Add extra virgin olive oil to coat
- Add salt to taste.
- Add garlic to taste (Heaps).
- Stir though and sever
